What inspired its inception
Didier Devaux, a French Creative Director, attended a networking event in Brickell, the business district of Miami. Surprised by the lack of conversation and the distant atmosphere among attendees, his creative and entrepreneurial mind quickly conceived a novel icebreaker idea. Determined to foster more engaging interactions, Didier decided to arrive at the next social event wearing a striking, high-end fashion piece that would naturally draw people in and encourage conversation.
At a Business Chic Fashion Event in New York a couple days later, Didier Devaux arrived in style, showcasing his new Luxury Fashion Trucker Hat concept. The hat featured an elegant, Chic Art patch that could be easily removed with a snap. The distinctive design immediately captivated both Men and Women, sparking conversations like never before. Didier called during the event this the "Clip and Unclip" concept, where the blending of luxury and fashion in the hat's front design aroused curiosity.
In a second, Didier Devaux effortlessly swaps out the style of his hat, captivating onlookers and forging new business relationships that will last a lifetime. The PARTCH luxury brand, with its tagline "Unlimited style in a second," was born out of this ability to instantly transform one's look without the need for a wardrobe full of hats. Didier's seamless style changes leave everyone amazed by the instant change in his appearance.

The Name
The brand name PARTCH was created by combining the words "Patch" and "Art." This fusion was a natural choice, as the concept behind the brand is to reinvent fashion and art by incorporating designs from artists. The word "patch" was selected because it connotes the idea of adding something to an existing item, which aligns with the brand's mission. By inserting the word "Art" into the middle of "patch," the brand name "PARTCH" was born, reflecting the brand's focus on the intersection of fashion and artistic expression.

Since its inception, the brand has focused on quality, wellbeing, and spreading PARTCH brand values and visions. We design and produce our products with premium fabrics and materials-with a high attention to details. Made in a way that is mindful of the many environmental issues the fashion industry touches upon. Our PARTCH-Clip is handmade from 100% aluminum. Also, a fade resistant and sustainable fashion accessory that doubles as a miniature Work of Art.
From the beginning, our experience in manufacturing has been at the heart of PARTCH. This means we can align our craftsmanship with that of fine designer making. We carefully hand-craft our high-end headwear, clothing and accessories using only high-quality materials. Our teams oversee each stage of the process, from product development to final inspection. The high-pure aluminum we use is also mostly from recycled sources.
The creative process of each collection starts months in advance and is led by Didier Devaux, who leads a team of designers to imagine and design from scratch all collections. Months before, it is the period when artists in collaboration with PARTCH begin to paint the works of art that will go on each collection. Our line is entirely designed for casual chic and business casual. Thought goes into every detail; from fabric to fit and coloration; from manufacturing to packaging. After several months of refining and intense work, you will find our products in stores and online.

PARTCH has been selected Two Years in a row for the Miami Awards for Fashion Designer and now qualifies for the 2024 Miami Business Hall of Fame. PARTCH and Didier Devaux the Creative Director are part of a very small group of companies that have won the Miami Award for two consecutive years. This distinction has qualified PARTCH for the 2024 Miami Business Hall of Fame.
