We are seeking for an enthusiastic and motivated Independent Sales Representative, Man or Woman to represent our brand in the U.S East Coast Territory. We are looking for someone with an existing base of clients in luxury fashion and B2B High-Fashion multi-brands boutiques, Marketplace, and e-commerce sites. Learn More About PARTCH.

About the Role:

  • Created and implemented the North America East Coast Territory, focused on B2B, Retailers Multi-Fashion Brands Stores, E-commerce, Boutique, Wholesalers…
  • This commission based position requires the representative to personally contact and secure new and potential business accounts/customers and travel to regional trade shows.
  • Explore channels including specialty stores that carry either luxury goods, headwear, clothing or accessories; multi fashion brands stores; high-end hotel boutiques.
  • Motivated to develop the challenge of a new, unique, high-growth brand and help achieve its goals
  • Maintain, grow and develop multiple independent retail accounts
  • Sales to current and new brand appropriate retail partners in optical sales channel.
  • Provide a unique and special experience to all clients
  • Reach & exceed your sales goals
  • Generate new wholesale business through prospecting and networking
  • Develop existing client base and reach new prospects through networking and outreach
  • Grow accounts and building customer relations
  • Spearhead our new wholesale business
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities
  • Visit and develop projects, leads, clients. Meet sales target
  • Build and cultivate long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential retail partners
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as brand ambassador by educating clients about Partch’s values and the Partch clip Concept brand.
  • Provide strong support to retailers: product training, merchandising, etc.
  • Promotes/sells and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
  • Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintains records on area and customer sales

Skills and Experience Needed

  • Minimum 2 - 5 years experience selling fashion clothing and accessories to multi-fashion accounts in relative territory.
    Knowledge of the luxury goods specialty store landscape through prior selling experience
  • Very strong interest in trends, fashion
  • Exceptional time management skills: ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives.
    Superior verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
  • Closing Skills, Territory Management
  • Self-Confidence and motivated
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retail buyers, boutiques, and fashion retailers, focusing on driving sales and brand awareness.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of the fashion industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales
  • Experience specific to wholesale selling men's and women's wear and accessoires
  • Ability to be creative and strategic in driving the business as position is performance driven.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills and ability to develop relationships.
  • Valid driver’s license, must have a car and ability to work full time out of home office as well travel out of territory to trade shows as required
